I was looking for something special to put down all I want to remember and celebrate about my beloved dog Bonny who passed away recently. This book is just the thing for that and I appreciate Dyana's correspondence to confirm the customized photo and name were to my liking. Despite the sad reason for having this book, I am very happy to have it.

This book is honestly so amazing. I hate that I had to buy it, but I'm so glad I was able to get something that is of such great quality. The prompts are wonderful and make you think of things that you otherwise may not have, and remember little moments with your kitty. The cover quality feels fantastic. It's a hardcover but with the soft finish. The seller Dyana, was outstanding. I choose to buy the insert and she reached out when she believed the quality of the photo was not as good as could be after she printed the insert. She offered to make me a new one with a different picture if I wanted and also sent me the original copy. She also sent me a sympathy card with the order. Definitely showed her thoughtfulness and caring in all aspects. I would HIGHLY recommend this journal. It is a fantastic way to remember your kitty.
